Event Manager
ready to join our team and help us manage a number of pan-European online events.
At WAAT Ltd (founded in 2010) we are a distributed team of designers, developers, engineers, communications and marketing experts located across the UK, Germany, Poland, Belgium, Switzerland and France.

Responsibilities:
- Act as a team’s lead in the creation, support, management, execution and evaluation of online events based around the topic of job mobility
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Establish and oversee event deliverables, including frequent contact with event organisers, publishing events on a website, working with content
- Work with other departments on event design development as needed
- Oversee production of branded design for your events
- Coordinate live-streaming services for some of the events
- Maintain event-related web pages
- Use a variety of communication tools to drive awareness of events
- Create and distribute regular update on events to inform the internal team
- Travelling to some of the (onsite) events is not essential but can be arranged upon request
- Other duties as assigned
Essentials:
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- English is a must, French, German, Spanish or Italian are very welcome
- Ability to work independently
- Responsible, detail-oriented and open minded approach with positive attitude
- Interest in new technologies
