European Job Days (EJD) are a series of online and onsite recruitment fairs designed to connect job seekers with employers across Europe. Tasked with expanding and improving the platform to increase accessibility and enhance user experience, the European Employment Services and the European Commission sought WAAT’s expertise.

The brief: Revamp the digital experience to engage more users

Revamp the EJD platform to attract more users, incorporating advanced functionalities to improve user experience and streamline event management. Key objectives included creating user-friendly interfaces, advanced scheduling systems, and engaging live streaming features.
