The brief: Build an AI platform that personalises employee development at scale
WAAT contributes to the Innential project by helping design and develop the core AI engine and DevOps infrastructure that powers the platform. Our role spans from the initial product architecture through to live deployment, ensuring the system is robust, scalable, and responsive to enterprise needs. The goal is to create a platform that transforms organisational development by matching employees with personalised learning paths, at scale.
