An innovative project that aims to bring together like-minded interests and individuals to encourage knowledge sharing and greater collaboration in the long-term goal of creating Smart Cities and an energy efficient Europe. Supported by the European Commission, SCIS is a continuation of the CONCERTO series of projects started back in 2005.
