PRIME was created in 2013 and is the first platform involving both the European Commission and CEOs of the rail infrastructure management industry. It’s objective is to implement the Single European Rail Area, better deployment of European Rail Traffic Management System (ERTMS), performance benchmarking and exchange of best practices amongst infrastructure managers.
